This is an amazing, very powerful device. I bought 3 years ago since the whole house was carpeted. I only used for domestic vacuuming. I used the carpet washing feature a couple of times, but now have hardwood floors so no need for it. The vacuum is in perfect condition. One thing to note - we swapped European plug for British one (see photo). It was done by a professional, so no need to worry about it not being safe. Comes with extra bags, which themselves are worth 20 pounds. Collection in person from Cambridge accepted.
